Where is your office located?

Our office is located in Delray Beach at 1300 NW 17th Ave. Suite 270.  Take Congress Avenue north to the 1st traffic light north of Lake Ida and make a right at the light (NW 17th Avenue).  Our office is in the 1st building on the right.  We are located at the far south end of the building at the top of the stairs.  There is an elevator in the center of the building.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.  We are closed most holidays.

How do I obtain condominium or homeowner's association documents?

Association documents should be obtained from the current owner.  If you do need a set of documents, they may be purchased from Wilson Landscaping & Management Corp. for $100.00.  Please call before picking up the documents to allow sufficient time for us to prepare them before your arrival.  Please note that we do not accept credit card payments.  Payments must be made by cash or by check payable to Wilson Landscaping & Management Corp.

How do I request an estoppel?

The estoppel fee is $299.00 for a 10 business day turn around. 

If you need a rush, there is an additional $119.00 fee.  A rush will be completed within 3 business days. 

If the account is delinquent, there will be an additional fee of $179.00.  

Please note that we do not accept credit card payments.  Payments must be made by cash or by check payable to Wilson Landscaping & Management Corp.

How long will it take for my Rental Application, Rental Renewal Application, and Resale Application to be processed?

Please allow up to 30 days for the processing and approval process to be completed.  Please note the 30 day time frame starts when we receive all required paperwork.  If paperwork is missing or incomplete, we will return the application to you for proper completion.  Please be sure to read all of the association documents to ensure you will qualify to rent or purchase a home in your desired community.
