Rental, Rental Renewal and Resale Applications

If you plan on renting, renewing a lease or purchasing in one of the Associations we manage, please complete the appropriate application and return it to our office.  The application paperwork can be found under the forms tab at the top of this page.  Please be sure to review the documents for the Association for which you are applying to insure you qualify for membership (such as credit score requirements, background check requirements, etc.).   Please allow for up to 30 days for processing and approval.  If you have questions about the application or your application approval status, please contact Tina at (561)637-3402.

One application should be completed for married couple.  If your last names do not match, a copy of your marriage license is required.  The application fee for a married couple is $150.00, payable to the Association to which you are applying.

One application should be completed for each applicant over the age of eighteen (18).  The application fee for individuals is $150.00, payable to the Association to which you are applying.

RENTAL/RESALE APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED, NOT WHILE THE APPLICANT IS WAITING.  PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 30 DAYS FOR PROCESSING.  IT IS THE APPLICANT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE APPLICATION IS COMPLETED IN ITS ENTIRETY.   

PLEASE DO NOT ASK THE OFFICE STAFF TO REVIEW YOUR APPLICATION WHEN BRINGING THEM INTO OUR OFFICE.
