Tina Kipnis, Customer Service
Tina has been with Wilson Landscaping & Management for over 14 years. Tina answers most of the daily phone calls and processes all of the Rental/Resale Applications. With the years of experience Tina has, she is able to answer most day to day questions, and if not, she will get you the answers you need.
Tammy Wilson, Licensed Community Association Manager
Tammy has been with Wilson Landscaping & Management for over 18 years and has worked in the Property Management field for over 30 years. Tammy is a Licensed Community Association Manager and handles the administrative portion of the association meeting notices, amendments, etc. Tammy handles the accounts payable and accounts receivables for the associations in addition to the collection accounts and estoppel requests.
Danny Wilson, Licensed Community Association Manager
Danny Wilson opened Wilson Landscaping & Management Corp. in 2001 and is part owner. Danny has over 30 years of experience in the property management field and is a Licensed Community Association Manager. Danny attends Board Meetings, meets with contractors, and assists the Boards with their annual budget preparation and day-to-day business.
